随機點陣激光模組

随機點陣激光模組是能夠直接輸出随機點陣圖案的激光模組,其一般由半導體激光器/VCSEL激光和帶随機點陣DOE的光學模組組成,工作距離可調,功率1mW~300mW,可以用于人臉識别、三維掃描等領域。随機點陣激光模組又稱為随機點陣模組,散斑激光模組,随機點陣結構光模組,便攜式随機點陣模組。我們目前可以現貨供應随機點陣激光模組。

随機點陣模組通常由3個部分組成,半導體激光器、随機點陣DOE鏡片、和光學聚焦模組。DOE和光學聚焦模組往往是一起設計的,可以統稱為光學模組。随機點陣模組的很多參數都可以定制,例如波長範圍可定制,通常在350nm-1550nm之間,與半導體激光器的适用波長範圍基本吻合。随機點陣模組的功率也可定制,從幾毫瓦到一瓦。

随機點陣模組的工作距離可以根據客戶的實際應用設計,從100mm最大到1米,主要是通過光學聚焦模組的設計來實現不同的工作距離。光學聚焦模組的作用是,設定産生目标圖形的距離,并使輸出的光斑更加清晰。光學聚焦模組還可以增加調節工作距離的功能,例如客戶如果想把工作距離設定為0.6米,則通過調節在0.4~0.8米的範圍内都能得到清晰的圖案。
